What is connected breathing?

Connected breathing is a way of breathing in which the inhalation and exhalation flow into one another. We practise it with music and guidance.

The experience can be quiet, powerful or intense. You follow your own pace and can always slow down or stop. Nothing special needs to happen. No experience is needed.

How an evening unfolds

  1. Getting acquainted. We take time for introductions and an explanation.
  2. Breathing. Connected breathing with music and guidance.
  3. Settling. Time to return gently and let the experience sink in.
  4. Talking afterwards. Space to share something, with no obligation.
