The person behind Adem & Stem

Hello, I'm Lieven.

I make music as Moosjer. With Adem & Stem, I also invite you to sing together or spend time with your breath. I value your own pace, boundaries and not having to force anything.

I completed the four-year Connected Living programme at Agape Academy, focusing on personal development, coaching and body-oriented work. I assisted with three Bio-Energetica series, took part in several breathing circles myself and maintain a regular personal breathing practice.

What appeals to me about breathwork is that you start with something you always have with you: your breath. For me, it is a way to live less in my head and feel more of what is happening in my body. I practise loosening my grip on control, without forcing myself.

Charlotte assists during the breathing circle. She provides practical support and extra attention for the group.

A question, or would you like to get acquainted?
