    Courage. Choose love. Taking care of myself. Rest. Dancing. More time for myself. Adventure. Investing in myself. Stretching. Be kind. Being gentle with myself and others. Expanding love.
  2. Which choices take you away from what you essentially want?
    Hate. Destruction. To search. Always searching also takes me away from what I essentially want. Wanting to prove myself. To fight.
  3. What choices bring you closer to the people you love?
    Love. Self-care. Mildness. Presence. Being vulnerable. Make time for friends.
  4. What choices make you feel disconnected from them?
    Giving unsolicited advice. Trouble. Fatigue. Arrogance.
  5. What choices make it easier to feel happy or at peace?
    Healthy eating. Spending time with daughters. Be present. Enough rest. Adventure.
  6. What choices make it easier to feel angry or sad?
    Condemning myself. Looking for solutions outside of me. Stun.

  7. What is your heart passionate about?
    Amazement. To play. Unconditional love. No time. Creativity. Music. Dancing. To play sports. Adventure. Connection. Hugs. Daughters. Friends.

  8. Who or what are you?
    Everything. A. Conscience.
  9. What are your strengths?
    Attentive. Teacher. Not afraid to look at difficult parts of myself. Not afraid of the monster in me and others. In search of truth. Sexual energy. Charming. Seducer. Solution-oriented. Good leader. No nonsense. Expressive. Vulnerable and open-hearted.
  10. What are you most satisfied with in your life?
    My courage and search for truth.

More life with less effort.

Understanding is not healing. Wanting to understand is not wanting to change. Understanding doesn't give you the experience. Investigate it instead of trying to understand it.
